SEPTEMBER 2012 - September is but a few days away. I’m typing here at the computer, to the sound of the morning rain. It rained most of the night. We’re getting a slight residue of Hurricane Isaac as it travels northwest into the Gulf of Mexico, sparing Florida. It seems though that it might go through Louisiana. Sad thought.

I’ll also be at the Maitland Farmer’s Market on Lake Lily on September 9th from 10:00 to 1:00pm.

OCTOBER 2012 - The temperature is cooling off here in Florida, and the cooler temp brings the outdoor festivals.

On Saturday, October 6th, from 7:00 to 10:00pm, I'll be at Olivia's Coffeehouse in Eustis at their new location at 108 North Bay Street. Check out www.oliviascoffeehouse.com

On Sunday, October 7th, I'll perform at the Winter Garden Music Fest on the Main Street Stage at 2:30pm. The festival runs from Friday October 5th to Sunday the 7th. Lots of great music. Check out www.wintergardenmusicfest.com

NOVEMBER 2012 - The year is quickening, Halloween behind us and Thanksgiving moments away. We've had some cold and windy weather here in Florida, but nothing compared to the pounding the North East has received from Hurricane Sandy. Yes. Though we are always a possible target for hurricanes in Florida, we have it good here, and certainly don't have the toughness of the folks up north. So yes. I don't like it when it gets a bit cold here and I certainly don't miss the cold winters spent in Cleveland, Ohio.

On November 10th, I'll perform at the new Olivia's Coffee House in Eustis for the Florida Music Food Initiative CD Release Party. One of my songs is on the CD. I don't know what time I'll perform.

DECEMBER 2012 - Rumor has it that I’ve canceled all my gigs and instead will be starring in a new reality show. Apparently, my people, in keeping up with the high caliber of reality shows, will have me traveling around the world going from city to city under an assumed name, Doctor Dufflebag. The purpose of my travels will be to find the most excellent bologna and cheese sandwich that the people of our world, the Earth, have ever tasted. It is hoped that if the show runs for enough seasons that by then, we will have accomplished space travel to other planets, and I will be able to explore our galaxy and beyond for the perfect bologna and cheese sandwich.

But alas, this is but a rumor, or at least part of it is. The reality is that I will be canceling my gigs till further notice. Thanks so much for your support.
